Individual, couple and family psychotherapy - $160 per psychotherapy session of 50 minutes.

Group Psychotherapy- $100 per month of weekly 1 ½ hour sessions.

Report writing, telephone conversations and consulting with other professionals – $40 per 15 minutes.

Legal proceedings (including preparation) - $300 per hour.

Workshops and business consultations – dependant on the specific requirements.

Travel to appointments – $160 per hour.

I offer free initial consultations (maximum 30 minutes) prior to service delivery for enquiry into suitability of my services and completion of Practice Forms.

I require 24 hours notice of cancellation. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, I charge the full regular fee. If you do not show up, I will wait for you, assuming you are late, and may charge you the full fee.


Except where special arrangements have been made with me in advance, all clients will be required to pay for services at the time they are received. I will only direct bill a third-party payer where the client has made proper arrangements for such billing and the third-party payer has agreed to these arrangements in writing.

I accept cash in exact amount or personal check. If your personal check is returned, you will be responsible for all fees associated with check return.

Although I will do what I reasonably can to support and help clients obtain third-party reimbursement of fees paid, the client remains personally responsible for obtaining any reimbursement for which they may be eligible.

Fees can be used as an income tax deduction.

External Funding

British Columbia’s Medical Services Plan does not cover my fees unless a specific contract has been arranged with Interior Health. Contact your MLA or the Minister of Health for more details.

Many people who are employed or are affiliated with Veteran’s Affairs have Extended Health Care Plans (such as Blue Cross) through their, or a family member’s, employer. These Plans provide at least partial coverage of services from Registered Psychologists. Clients pay me and submit the receipt to the insurance company which reimburses them.

Some employees also have coverage for themselves and their family through an Employee Assistance Plan to help deal with mental health concerns.

In certain cases, WCB or motor vehicles insurance will pay the costs of Psychology treatment services. For more details consult a WCB Case Manager or auto insurance adjustor or case manager.

A person receiving Short-Term Disability, or Long-Term Disability coverage through their insurance company may be able to apply for treatment funds.
